Justin L. McCall is the Vice President and Director of Firm Operations with McGrath McCall, P.C. Mr. McCall concentrates his practice in representing financial institutions in structuring and documenting all types of financing transactions, including asset-based loans, commercial real estate transactions, accounts receivable and inventory financing, letters of credit, residential and commercial development and construction loans, working capital lines of credit, and lease financing. Mr. McCall also represents financial institutions in the field of creditors’ rights in the workout, recovery and restructuring of non-performing and substandard loans in State, Federal and Bankruptcy courts throughout Pennsylvania. In addition to Mr. McCall’s representation of financial institutions, he also has significant experience in representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in all aspects of commercial real estate and business transactions.
Mr. McCall is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Middle and Western District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations, a member of the Real Property and Bankruptcy and Commercial Sections and a member of the Western District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Inn of Court. Mr. McCall also frequently participates as a speaker at seminars, continuing legal education classes and other programs for bankers, lawyers and other professionals.
Since 2012, Mr. McCall has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer “Rising Star” in the Banking practice group. No more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are named to this list, which honorees are selected by their peers.
Mr. McCall graduated cum laude from Duquesne University School of Law in 2003, where he was the Production Editor and a member of the Duquesne Law Review. He obtained his B.S. in Business/Marketing from Lebanon Valley College in 1998 and worked as a marketing consultant prior to attending law school.
