Justin L. McCall is the Managing Partner of McGrath McCall, P.C.  Throughout his career, he has focused on the representation of financial institutions, business owners, corporate entities, and real estate developers in all aspects of their respective businesses. Justin takes great pride in being a facilitator in accomplishing his client’s objective, whether it is structuring a complex financing transaction, closing a real estate or business acquisition, resolving a bankruptcy or restructuring situation or simply working with a client on a new contract or agreement. He always takes the time to understand the client’s ultimate objective and thoughtfully approaches each matter with the best and most cost-efficient solutions to obtain the desired result.

 

With respect to his transactional practice, Justin regularly represents financial institutions and borrowers in structuring and documenting all types of complex financing transactions, including asset-based loans, commercial real estate transactions, accounts receivable and inventory financing, letters of credit, residential and commercial development loans, construction loans, working capital lines of credit and lease financing. He also routinely represents financial institutions in loan participations and syndications as well as in the preparation of complex intercreditor agreements. He also has significant experience representing companies, buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in all aspects of commercial real estate and business transactions, including, inter alia, real estate acquisitions, land use matters, leasing, mergers and acquisitions, debt sale transactions and in all types of financing transactions.

 

Justin is also an accomplished advocate and advisor in representing financial institutions in the field of creditors’ rights in the workout, recovery and restructuring of non-performing and substandard loans in state, federal and bankruptcy courts throughout Pennsylvania and Ohio. His experience in representing lenders and borrowers in originating loan transactions has proven invaluable in working out these credits, whether it be through formal in court proceedings or done outside of the legal process.

Justin is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and Ohio and the United States District Court for the Middle and Western District of Pennsylvania.  He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations and a member of the Real Property and Bankruptcy and Commercial Sections.  Justin also frequently participates as a speaker at seminars, continuing legal education classes and other programs for bankers, lawyers and other professionals.

Justin graduated cum laude from Duquesne University School of Law in 2003, where he was the Production Editor and a member of the Duquesne Law Review.  He obtained his B.S. in Business/Marketing from Lebanon Valley College in 1998 and worked as a marketing consultant prior to attending law school. Justin lives in Canonsburg with his wife, Kristin, and his daughters, Sadie and Annie.
