Nicholas A. Didomenico
Nicholas A. Didomenico is a Shareholder of McGrath McCall, P.C. He focuses his practice in the areas of banking, business, real estate, and litigation.
Mr. Didomenico’s experience includes: (i) drafting and negotiating loan documents, real estate contracts and documents, purchase and sale agreements, leases, and business formation documents; (ii) consummating real estate and business acquisition and sale transactions; (iii) litigating cases involving commercial disputes, breach of contract, employment law, civil rights, property damage, professional malpractice, fraud, and negligent misrepresentation; and (iv) enforcing and protecting creditors’ rights in mortgage foreclosure, collection actions, and bankruptcy cases.
He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. Mr. Didomenico is also licensed as a Pennsylvania title insurance agent. He is a member of the Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Allegheny County bar associations.
Mr. Didomenico obtained a B.A. in Economics at the University of Pittsburgh in 2001, where he graduated summa cum laude and was admitted to the Phi Beta Kappa academic honor society. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2004, where he served as an editor of the University of Pittsburgh Journal of Technology, Law and Policy and earned the CALI Award for the highest grade in Legal Research, Writing & Analysis.
In 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016, Mr. Didomenico was listed as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine in the practice area of Banking. No more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in the state are named to that list, which honorees are selected by their peers.
