Paul S. McGrath, Jr. is the founder and a senior partner of McGrath McCall, P.C.  Mr. McGrath has over 35 years of experience representing financial institutions, businesses and individuals in all facets of the firm’s practice areas including loan workouts and restructuring, commercial litigation, loan documentation, regulatory compliance matters, corporate and business law, real estate transactions, and estate planning.

Paul is a graduate of Saint Francis University and the Duquesne University School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Duquesne Law School publication, JURIS.  He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, as well as the United States Supreme Court. Paul is also a licensed Pennsylvania title insurance agent.

 

Paul’s professional activities include: membership in the Allegheny County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, American Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute.  He is also a Life Fellow of the Pennsylvania Bar Foundation.

Paul’s civic activities have included service as the President of the Saint Francis University Alumni Association, Trustee for Saint Francis University, and as member of the Board of Directors for the Financial Industries Network.

Paul lives in Mt. Lebanon with his wife Kathy.
