Amy Coleman is a Senior Associate with McGrath McCall, P.C., where she serves as a versatile attorney in both transactional and litigation matters. She provides strategic counsel across a broad range of practice areas, including finance, real estate, contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.

Amy represents financial institutions, business owners, corporate entities, and real estate developers in structuring, documenting, and closing of simple and complex financial transactions. Her experience includes commercial and industrial finance facilities; asset-based lending; real estate-secured facilities; complex financing with participations and syndications; SBA 7(a) and 504 loans; and USDA direct, guaranteed, and construction loans.

Drawing on a strong background in title review and real estate law, Amy also utilizes her clients of varying levels of sophistication through real estate closings; development and construction matters; zoning, land use, and assessment appeal disputes and litigation; leasing matters; title insurance; due diligence on large-scale asset acquisitions; corrective title/title defect measures; and any number of general or complex real estate issues from document analysis and preparation to dispute resolution and litigation.

In addition to her finance and real estate work, Amy supports corporate clients and entrepreneurs in business formation and structuring, governance, acquisitions, sales, and general corporate matters providing everything from general guidance to documentation and/or project/deal structuring and management. She also provides compliance and regulatory guidance to financial institutions.

Before joining McGrath McCall, Amy represented Fortune 500 companies in real estate, energy, and contract law, gaining extensive experience in both litigation and transactional practice.
​
A native of Pittsburgh, Amy earned her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Business Law Journal. She also graduated magna cum laude from Washington & Jefferson College with a B.A. in History and English. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Duquesne Law Alumni Association.
