Christopher Malloy is an associate attorney at McGrath McCall P.C.
Chris advises financial institutions, HOAs and other corporate clients in a wide array of legal matters. His practice focuses on creditors’ rights proceedings, including, but not limited to commercial loan workouts, residential and commercial mortgage foreclosures, debt recovery actions, and bankruptcy matters.
Prior to joining McGrath Mcall P.C., Chris spent eight years representing a wide array of governmental bodies in delinquent tax collection actions involving property taxes, local earned income taxes, and business privilege as well as mercantile taxes. Chris has handled thousands of collection matters for Allegheny County, the City of Pittsburgh, the School District of Pittsburgh, and numerous local municipalities, as well as local school districts.
Following his time working on behalf of municipalities throughout Allegheny County, Chris was hired by the Pennsylvania Office of General Counsel for Governor Josh Shapiro. In his role with the Office of General Counsel, Chris was assigned to the PA Department of Revenue. Chris represented the Department in legal proceedings throughout the Commonwealth in matters concerning the collection of inheritance tax and sales tax.
Chris is licensed to practice before the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Chris is also a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association.
Chris graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004, where he obtained a B.A. in History and Economics. Chris subsequently earned his J.D. from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law.

Chris lives in the Mexican War Streets in the Northside of Pittsburgh with his wife Julie-Anne.
