Christopher C. Malloy Joins McGrath McCall, P.C. as Associate Attorney

McGrath McCall., P.C. is pleased to announce the latest addition to our firm as we welcome Christopher Malloy as an associate attorney.  Chris advises financial institutions, HOAs and other corporate clients in a wide array of legal matters. His practice focuses  on creditors’ rights proceedings, including, but not limited to commercial loan workouts, residential and commercial mortgage foreclosures, debt recovery actions, and bankruptcy matters. Chris previously represented a wide array of governmental bodies in delinquent tax collection actions involving property taxes, local earned income taxes and business privilege as well as mercantile taxes.

Chris graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004, where he obtained a B.A. in History and Economics.  Chris subsequently earned his J.D. from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law.
