McGrath McCall, P.C. is pleased to announce that David Scherer has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Dave’s practice will focus on representing financial institutions in connection with commercial loan workouts, creditors’ rights matters, foreclosures and debt collection. Previously, Dave has represented a wide array of governmental bodies in delinquent tax collection actions involving property taxes, local earned income taxes, and business privilege as well as mercantile taxes.
Dave obtained his undergraduate degree in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Bloomsburg University and his JD from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Duquesne University.
